ok this sport is about letting the spectators veiw awsome demo vehicles with massive amounts of power and subs......... thats what brings fans into this venue we call spl... soo i pose that us splrs open up our doors and lets know whats in your ride.... come on do you really think that by telling us what you run that you will lose next week... not a chance.. these vehicles take massive planning money and time.... so lets start..
i run a 90 civic with a mtx ta 92001 amp running 8 mtx 1204 subs in a ported box... my best score so far is 152db. the mtx amp is pushing out 46 volts ac. and 48 amps ac. while drawing 488 amps of current... next!

 

anyone who has been to show and my car was there, or any team absolute car for that matter knows what we run, the cars are wide open for anyone to have a look.

 

I run a single DD 15" bassworx 3000.1 I dunno pulls enough to dim the lights, but not enough for a hair trick... 149.5 my highest USACI and 147.7 DBDRAG 148.5 IASCA what else ya wanna know just ask

 

When I ran in comp in the '98 Contour I had a Fusion ppsw15e and an MTX Thunder 5000, both 15", in sealed boxes run by a Kaption D700.1 For running them at half what they wanted, (I was very new at the time) I came out with 139.5 dB

 

2 12 Type aRRRRRRg's-1 crossfire vr4000d-1 optima 31 in rear-149.4 db drag street c, 49.9 best in testing, next up is 31 upfront and street b.

 

2 10" TF1's + 1 DDZ1a = 153.8db and climbing

my best was 141.1db with 2 12" audiobahn AW1206T subs and a hifonics BX1000D and i htink the box was 4.5cubes tuned to 39hz(dont remember), was in a 93 4dr cavy that dropped to 10 volts at a good volume lol

im hoping for a better score with my current setup... 2 15" RF Punch HX2's and a Hifonics BXi1606D, building a box thats 5.6cubes tuned to 35hz, i could tune higher but im not to concerned wiht TL results
