Street a?

Street a?
I am kinda looking into getting into a little bit of competeing next near and I am wondering if someone can give me a budge in the right direction. I read all the dbdrag rules and I was kinda thinking of doing a street A system. Looking at a pair of 10" BL's fully loaded and a pair of SAZ-1500D's strapped. As far as I can tell, this will fall in the rules for street A, but will it even be competitive?
Gimme some idea if you can...
A buddy and I are going halves ona TL after I pick up the first sundown...
Thanks guys.

That'll be Street A, as long as you strap the 1500D's..
Will it be competitive... hard to say, probably in CSPL it will be. In Db drag, probably not. 150 is the minimum to be competitive in canada, and 154-55 to be competitive at world finals. If i were you i'd look for a bigger amps for sure. Try to go with minimum of 3k to 4k per amp as with the batteries that are out now, a lot of guys are running 10k to a pair of 10s off a single battery. As for 10s, I'd go with SoloX 10s or DD 10s. Either 95s or 99s.

street A and street B are the best class imo because of all the daily systems people have in their rides , its all in the box and the core of the system is electrical so beef that up and you will be fine and equipment doesnt realy matter

Silverbane...are you aware that the sundown warrenty will only warrenty if you have a deepcycle bettery per amp?? at least 12'' or 24'' i think away from the amp?? now if you are going to hook everything up the way it should be you will be it street max 1-2 i beleive... of course that is assumeing your getting each bl in dual 1 and running your sundowns at .5 ohm....
coorrect me if m wrong....

You are correct, I have 2-31 series blue tops that I can pick up from parents house at any time.
It should still be street a because I will strap the amps so there will actually be only 1 set of leads going to the subs.
