Your correct its about 5.65 Cu. Ft. internal and take off 1.134 Cu. Ft. for port and roughly .250 Cu. Ft. for sub displacement your box ends up being 4.266 Cu. Ft. tuned to 60.87hz so that explains the 64hz peak.

Try a port in the passenger rear corner of the box more square, I find the longer thin ports not to work real well for spl (except walls )

thanks buddy were thinking either rebuild or gut it and do 2 15's no wall or just plainly giving up on the van i got a line on a fire fly lol

 

LOL I`ve done the Firefly with 2 12's a long time ago they work pretty well just not a lot of room without a wall.

your tune is 55hz trust me build box with areo port 10'' long sub up port back with some power you will hit 146.8 or 147. maybe higher depends on power
