It'd be a good choice. Just make sure you have the electrical to back it up.

I think it does clean power, it just falls into the "current hog" category I think, thats why a lot of people say you need the electrical for it

Its not a "dirty" amp, I have a SAZ-1500D and it works great for me.
It can be a bit of a current hog, but at those kinds of power levels, most amps will be.

When you guys say the electrical, you mean the big 3, or are you suggesting a H/O alt? I have a rav4 right now, but i will be moving up to a 4 runner.

That amp REALLY suits the 13W7's. I've got a buddy with that exact setup in an Impala. pumps REALLY hard, but like other people say, just make sure you have the power to supply the amp.

By electrical, we mean an extra two batteries at the minimum, along with a H/O alternator and a Big 3 upgrade wouldn't hurt.

My current setup is a 2 12inch L5's with an alpine mrd m1000. And like most when i first got it, thought it was really loud and clear. As i've had it for half a year or so by now, it is loud, but it is not clear at all. So i was going for the 13w7's as my buddy is going to give me a good deal on them, and they fit what i wanted
