sundownz seem to actually put out rated power though which differentiates them from the ultimates a bit.

The Sundown 3000 would be more of a equivalent to the PB XA4000D power wise. Better build quality though.

That's a pretty bold statement to make when (as far as I know) neither amp exists in production form.
You may want to hold off on all these "claims" until people have played with more than just prototypes.
