How low do the termlab sensors read in compairison to the audiocontrol mics?

i'm just asking cuz i want to know if i'm doing any better now with my new box from my old box.

before you ask; me being a dumb a$$ didn't measure the before and after. only the after.

oh and even with the box kicker suggested i used i still get more SPL out of my daily box that tuned to 38Hz. WTF!

so per say i'm doing a 140.64dB on the termlab i should be doing 146.64 on the audiocontrol?

how does that work?

yah thats about how it works.

its anywhere from 5-6 db's

if i do 147.7 on my meter i do about 153 on the old audiocontrol

to set it up just follow the instructions and makesure u set the K-Factor correctly

 

ok now what about the new audio control mic? how much difference is there to that?

 

from termlab to new a/c there is a 1 db diff. the audio control will read 1 db higher than termlab

 

so really my score still sux for what i have!! AGH! now what?
