Well my brain is thinking once again on how I can get louder, and I've thought about a few different things.

A: Bigger amplifier (currently using the memphis 4k)
B: Alternator + batteries for a 16V system
C: Wall

I'll hopefully have about $1500 to play with soon.
If I go for a bigger amp I should be able to get 6-700 bucks out of it.

What do you guys think I should do?

I'm thinking some more power.
What are all of the options for amps?

I'm coming up with:
Soundigital 8K / Soundigital 12K
Stetsom 7K / Stetsom 11K
American Bass 1000.1

I may also have a line on the Hertz MP 15K (price dependent)

I'll resist the urge to say MO POWA and go with the electrical. No matter what amp you run, they all rely on a solid electrical system. You may even unlock more potential from the amp you're using already just by doing it.

 

i'd go with whatever would cost less.

 

see what i say is, draw a big red circle on a wall and run into it.
i would go with the ab 1100.1 i have see it do some real damage to a car with only 2 10"s and i think 3 small 12v batts. oh the car was a neon

 

that sounds like the opposite of spl.

 

If you can get another amp go for it. The memphis is a good amp but very power hungry.

If this is only a burp machine a alternator won't really help. If your playing it daily or giving demo's then it would be useful.
