I've never ran either but I have seen both run in top-notch vehicles ... so, care to explain this? I'm actually curious, not sarcastic.

if you read back to the first posts, OP was wondering about price comparision, so I gave him my opinion about that. maybe i didnt clarify that...

from my research, sundown is more affordable, customer service is great, jake will take the time and answer any question, about his products, where as I emailed DD directly, twice with no response, after finaly calling, CS was pretty rude. DD makes great stuff dont get me wrong, but in most cases expencive.

why i like sundown....the new versions of z, and nightshades both are extremly well designed, the voice coils are 50% longer than most in their class , you can do your own research, but heres some other things that won me over...

thier VC are super long, and stay cool, so they can take large ammounts of power for long periods of time. They hit super hard and get nasty low. my 2 12"s zv2's are the best sounding subs ive ever owned.

I cant post ulr untill five post...ill update some pics and vids later, i have some cool vids and tests

also, two year warrenty on all their stuff, is a huge bonus.

Noob, hardly, new to THIS forum yup.

btw friend, you were posting about comparision's here, and I quote "i just want to compare the 3515e's price wise against the sundown's. i likey my 3512e's " no need to get self richeous on me homie, i was giving you feedback about which one may be cheaper

ethier way, good luck with your build
