I don't happen to believe it.... so I would rather spend the extra money on an upgraded alternator or battery if I was going to do anything

wow thanks alot guys youv been a great help, I was always a big fan of caps but then me and jordyo got into an argument and later I totaly agree hes right, without the alt and eveything to back it up, a cap dont do crap.
Now I make a pretty sick sealed box but ported hmmm thats a different story...(iv never tried to make a ported box) I remember once there was a web site where you stuck in the mesurments and it made it for you...pretty much gave you the blue prints on a proted box.... or would you guys suggest to pay someone to do it?

the HK-602SX is a 3600RMS amp I wouldent be using hardly any of the power but id still do the big three

Sorry but I don't know the web site you're looking for.... there are a bunch of guys around here who will usually design a box for you... you'll just need to give them maximum dimensions of your trunk and how you'd like it tuned.
Definitely go ported though.... they aren't that difficult... a slot port is just a matter of adding 1 extra piece of wood
