coils blew for the reasons

burped below port freq at too high of a volume,
distortion
no pauses between burps

now get them reconed and make your back wall thicker and side walls. not from the inside of the box but the outside and use lots and lots of PL.

make a triple layer for you face out of 1" mdf if u can
shink your port down get your fq to around 65-72 like Peter has said and others.

Dont give up... get that back together now. lol.

Menace I am not sure what happen bro was not from over heating we just started testing possibly from the sweep being to low below tuning freq. but it was not to high on volume. Not sure but they will be fixed I am VERY far from giving up I'm just getting started

 

Dont use sweep, just burp at low level to find the frequency.

Allow 5 min between burps when you send more than 500W per coil, for cooling and recharging.

Never burp twice on the same run, "to find frequency".

Paul came over today to help get some work done on the van. We got the false wall down as well as those fn 45's that I pl glued in bad idea lol. So now my box is right back to basic around 50 cubes I want to try a BP4 but have a very long way till I have to think about that. Now I plan to start the floor build up. Cant wait to poor some more cement in this bitch haha. Here are a few pics taken with my phone just to share.
