Thanks Yuli some people said the concrete wont serve much purpose but I can't make my floor to thick so I think with 2.5" of MDF on top it should be pretty solid.

Did more work today got a lot done this weekend and the box is almost ready for MDF. Got port side all braces up just got to add another layer of 2x4's running down like the first pic on the sub side just to make sure its solid they are also screwed into the metal at the bottom as well.

This is lookin great. I should've had my father keep his old white Astro a few years ago...had just over 400km on it and the only reason he got rid of it was because the floor was rusting...would been a perfect candidate for a build like this lol

I am trying to scrape some money together to finish the box lol I'm a broke ass with 2 kids and 2 dogs so I have to be patient as I am last on the list lol. Well just wanted to show what the van looks like right now. I put some sealler on the one side that we didn't mix that great and got 1 wall up. I am hoping the get the floor and roof done this weekend.

Durka durka what do you know about building subs and what size dustcap to use. Since you know everything what diffrence is there from using diffrent style inverted or non inverted dustcaps. So lets see how bright you really are im waiting for your reply.

Well got the floor in the other day here is what it looks like lol. I am goin to be finishing the box up over the next week. I don't have no where near as much money as I hoped to have to spend on this so I don't know what I am goin to do now:stroke::thumbsdow:bs: at this point I would take 2 AP 3Ks and a few marine boat deep cycles but don't even know if I can buy that. I'm pretty upset.

Ya I guess some power is better than no power I just had plans to get some nice batteries and a nice amp as well as putting it back on the road. But life throws curve balls some times so what can you do right. First thing to do is to finish the box and get the subs mounted and loading wall up. And then I will go from there.Hope to have the box done by next weekend.
