Question

what do you guys think about a 91 or similar type body style 325i for an sq car. i had one in the otherday and i liked how the dash was laid out. i could just picture a dva 7996 and a phax700 nestled happily in the dash with the sweet sweet sound of avi playin some rockin tunes. thoughts, experience, opinions, lets hear some. thanks guys.

They sound pretty nice with a Dynaudio 7 and tweet setup, IMO

well this is the system i was thinking for it. a alpine dva-7996, alpine pha-x700, avi BSM directs 6.5" up front, avi SLS300 12" in the rear in a tub, the avi hab1002 100x2 amp for the sub and the avi 4 channel amp thats coming out soon for the mids and higs. kinda a basic sq system but i think it would look really sexy and sound pretty good in 325i without major modification to the car.

hehe man i am so jealous of that kid whenever he comes in to get work done to his car. seen it a few times now and every time i see it i get the bug for a bimmer. its too bad he is one of those people that doesnt respect his car and its in a shambles just needs someone to love it proper.

haha, yeah it does have a big console. but all the more to cut up and remold for. yeah i wonder who has been influencing me cant afford f#1 yet but if i am a good boy over xmas should be able to get a purchase plan together for those goodies. maybe oneday i can get f#1.

was debating doing something to the sunfire but its a lease i dont want to start cutting it up and destroying it and then getting raped when i return it. figured i'd be better off getting a late 90's car that i can just strip to nothing and build it the way i want, an still have the sunfire as a backup car, maybe an spl beeatch

Talk about timing, I'm poised to start the sub upgrade on one of these any day. Already done the top end, now it's time for the bottom end. Eclipse CD8443 + MB Quart front and rear + Eclipse 4 channel amp. Heading towards Eclipse aluminum or titanium 12's + the big nasty Eclipse mono block or dual mono block to power the subs he chooses. Sent Dukk a pm alreadu on this for some box input as we don't normally see too many of these cars here. Who's worked with these things before and has success with that sealed of a trunk. Ski vent is so outta there. Customer is looking for some damn good output and wants to see his subs. Throw this around and see what ideas you come up with.
