I've won two IASCA World Championships. And I did it with out expensive tweeters. Can top of the line tweeters make your car sound better, probably? Will changing your tweeters make your car win a Championship, I doubt it. Too many other things to consider. I know you will be making changes on top of switching your tweeters, but what is wrong with your cars sound right now?

One of the worst cars I head at finals was using the Focal Be line. It's not the speakers fault, but it just goes to show, install always reins supreme.

 

@ 350 lbs each I don't think your gas mileage would agree

Lots of good tweeters mentioned here, but it's the comments about install, power and tuning that will make the most difference. So budget for that too..

Best I have heard in-car lately would be the BE's from Focal.

 

focal tlrs should make their way somwhere in there as well

 

I run JL Audio ZR650CSi's in my car and the tweeters are fantastic. that price is not out to left field. they are an aluminum dome tweeter. very well engineered and I have had nothing but complements on the sound of my highend. And I do beleive that you can order them on there own without the crossover or 6.5.

 

had the same set as you (jl650) really liked them but want better......yum yum..more better!!!!! yes better it is you look 4!
