Lol. Unlikely story but anyways. The two terminals are wired in parallel in the amplifier. That is, the two + and wired together in the amp and the two - are wired together in the amp. You may be running a lower impedance with just one sub pounding rather than the 2 depending on how you had them wired. Running at a lower impedance would give you more power output from your amplifier which would explain the increased output from the one sub setup. You could try a lower impedance wiring or a larger amp with 2 subs. Should be louder that way. Anyways, hopefully everything works good and sounds great.

Sorry to disappoint 92z34.

But this is no joke.

And no the polarities were not backwards.
The amp was at its max when hooked up to two subs.
However when the RF asked for more power when it was by itself, the amp delivered.

Do people actually just "play around" on these forums??
Spend a good 2 weeks in forums trying to find out as much info as possible
as a joke??

Whoever does that has a lot of spare time on their hands.

I kill time on this forum while I'm at work. So I guess I "play around" but I also try to help out when necessary. I'm pretty sure thats how most people are on this forum and on any other forum on the web...

Smoke_31.

I think you misunderstood the context of the statement.
I did spend 2 straight weeks on this forum researching.

What i did last night was not a fabricated story as 92zed34 stated.

Rather, it was a lesson learned in sound, for myself at least.

If you are at work and surfing these forums, I would argue that it is
time well spent, seeing as i am really into this hobby.
That is why i'm here on my day off (for a bit anyways), i enjoy reading the info provided on this website as well.

No sarcasm needed on this post.

i come by quite often to play ,sometimes i help someone out, sometimes i **** someone off, hell sometimes i get banned hi jordy.
anyways if youre story is really up to par i would say you need a few more weeks of research at least, than some time fooling with different gear, hooking up,installing, boxbuilding,(beerdrinking while doing it) excuse me if im wrong but if youre story aint bs,than you are a full fledged noob.
