I was looking to buy this deck since it's on clearance at cardomain.com, wondering what ppl's thoughts on it were. I like the 4V pre-outs since I'd like to upgrade to amp and sub in the future, and apparently 24-bit SQ is good? Would this be a decent quality deck (2000 sunfire)?

Ya this decks work very well. Its full of features includes a 24bit DA converter, 6 pre outs. Pretty much everything you would need.

i dont know anything about car domain but here are some questions to ask.... are they shipping it across border? are there prices listed in US or CAN ? and are you willing to spend a few dollars more to get way better customer care and support a fellow canadian?

id say think about that and Steve has the same deck for a little more.. and id buy from Steve before anyone else he is an amazing guy. Gives 110% to make sure you are satisfied.

Thanks for the info, I appreciate your thoughts and comments and I'm seriously thinking of buying it from him now - makes a difference because I'd never heard of the website or company before and didn't have any feedback. I feel reassured now if I end up buying later this week

o yea you will find good stuff about that guy all over this website...ive never heard a bad thing about him.... thought id just let you know because for me i love talking to a honest person that loves there job.

I had one of those decks...seemed kinda...as Wayne would say it, Hallow.

I absolutely HATED the flick switch haha personal taste there.
