Does 1000WRMS+ at 4 Ohms exist anymore?

Mkay, old school, 5 or so in Canada, an original Soundstream Tarantula will do 2000w rms into 4 ohms? Need power and something cool? It was hella hella expensive but it needs to go, make a reasonable offer.

Phoenix Gold Titanium amps put out the rated power @ 1-4ohms, they don't make them anymore so not really "new" but about 2 years old, if that's not too old, they require alot of juice being a/b but will put out

I've actually been pricing out a whole new amp set up using the Punch series, I LOVE the way they look and I'm an RF fan, my 301 is one of the best amps I've owned, I abuse the hell out of it and it loves it.
BUT, for a few hundred dollars more, I can get a Zapco Reference set-up, which I also like alot and I don't see a lot of people using them anymore.
I dunno what to do.
I'd love to do a Zapco system with Symbalink(SP?) and that new processor they have out.
On the other hand, my Rockford has treated me well over the past few years, and it wouldn't bother me a bit to use them in my system again.

Dude if your torn between those two I would say Zapco. RF IMO is not what it use to be.

But yea, I'm really leaning for Zapco, I like the style, their reputation speaks for itself and they're only a few hundred more than the RF, and make more power than the RF (well the front end amps, not sure about the 1100.1)

I dunno much about new rockford....my 301 is like a 2003 unit or something like that.
I've never liked thier speakers much, but the old Punch and Punch XLC subs were SICK.
RF processors used to be sweet too....EPX, EPX2, OEQ and OEQ2....all great pieces.
Not sure about the new stuff...only heard oppinions.
