EQ/Crossover

EQ/Crossover
I'm thinking of changing EQ's/Xover, currently i am running two AudioControl EQT's and using the x-overs in the amplifliers.
I was thinking about purchasing a 6XS x-over and feeding that through the EQT's. Then, i figured that i possibly could go for a DQXS that is an all-in-one and save space as well as go digital at an extra cost (6XS - $200, DQXS - $500).
I would really like to go with the Zapco, but that is out of my range $$$.
I understand that having 2 EQT's and a 6XS is adding alot of links (noise) into the system, but i was wondering if anyone could shed some light as a 6XS will be alot cheaper.
Cheers...

What exactly do you want to accomplish by changing xovers and EQ?
As for adding more things in the signal chain, I wouldn't be to worried about that, you know what they say, the signal has already gone through a lot of equipement during recording, processing all the way to the CD.

I guess i'll just go with the 6XS, keep it simple and budget.

You will be out of luck using the DQXS for 4 way active.
"front highpass, front bandpass, rear highpass and subwoofer outputs."
Not sure how oyu would do 4 way with that.
3sixty.2 won't do 4 way either.
ALpine H700 or H701 seems ot be the best bets.
