Final Box design for the 13W7!
so guys after doing my research here is my final design:
2.40 cubic feet
after Subwoofer (13W7) and port displacements.
port will be 2'' Wide and 14'' tall by 30'' long
tunning freq: aiming for the 28-30hz mark.
doing a trip baffle on the front and Dubbing up on all walls!
tell me what you guys think! will start the box next Sat!

those bends are pretty easy to make happen have done it many times before, and the box is done i will fiberglass around them on the inside and slotting the mdf to make those curves weakens it! thanks for the posts guys!

Looks great, I would move the sub a little closer to the port, more centered to the rear inside port "loading wall" but thats just me.
Them kerfs are going to be fun. As for the fiberglass, you can easily get away with just resining the inside area that was cut. Hardens like a rock, and super smooth.

The MDF will act much like glass matting... MDF is just a form of paper... Like cardboard pressed together. Depending on the power level, I'm also fairly certain the MDF will soak up enough resin and make the box as strong as it needs to be
