Whether directed at me or not, that was rather rude.

I don't believe I was rude. You asked for "proof" and I offered what I know. In my opinion, I accomodated you. Believe it, ignore it, forget it. Frankly it doesn't matter much to me. My intent was not to convert your belief, just to offer some advice.

The article was interesting, if completely irrelevant. It did show that the best lab grade CBs you can buy are just as good as a commercial off the shelf fuse when both work as expected. Fantastic. You think those 200amp CBs that retail for $50 are lab grade?...

I'll try ot offer less advice that you may disagree with.

Not you directly Paul. Just a general observation that goes on here.

Having worked in a shop you should know that a customer wants things his or her ways and won't listen to you no matter how much you know more then them. Agreeing with them usually solves that

I agree on the articles potential to be irrelevant, I just thought it was "interesting" and worth looking more into.

(probable outcome=exactly what you've stated)
