what workaround. Avid mentioned the shop in question. I make it a point not to draw any attention for it on this forum since I do not sponsor since it's not in the budget

Well, since you want to discuss it... Post #53 to be exact. Yes, Ju mentioned 'a shop'. That's fine - I don't mind people talking about where they get their work done as long as it doesn't get excessive. Further to that, I would bet that most members have no idea who owns or works at the shop, much less if they too are a member here, that is, until you pipe up in Post #53. That is when the shop name drop becomes promotion. Even Ju appears confused as to why you posted what you did.

I'm not making a big deal of it - just pointing it out since you did.

how does saying "that shop is hokey" qualify as promotion?.. anyways.. delete those posts please if there are any rules issues.
