Good SQ cds
#1
I know this has been mentioned in the past, but what are some good sq cds, that were recorded well etc.
I don't have many discs that sound amazing, so Im wondering what you guys/girls reccomend.
Is there a recording company i should look for like shefield labs?
Any discs that arnt too expensive and won't break the bank, and maybe also offer some decent listening music as well

tracy chapman - telling stories
cowboy junkies - the trinity sessions

sheffield cd's - the drive cd
sarah mclachlan - session, not the whole cd just trach 7 "angel" if you can make the piano sound right on this track youve done something right
fleetwood mac - rumors
donald fagan - the nightfly, very cheesy cd but very well done
just to name a few that are readily available, there are many obscure cd very well done, just read kieths posts on fav sq cd's

If you go to one of their events they should have them for sale. Or you could order them online. The MECA disc is all music (with brief intro's to tell you what to listen for). The IASCA disc has a few technical tracks (like pink noise) to help you attain your goals. They are both very good disc's.

I picked up one, it's great.
Also, lately I picked up an old Supertramp - Crime of the Century cd. Very good sq and of course great music if you're not familiar with this recording.
