Good SQ deck?

looking for a good sq deck without all the bells and whistles.Don't need xover or fancy equilization,just good sound quality.

comments/opinions?

Look for a used or NIB RF/Denon 8250.

Sony CDX-C90 for sale. One of the best decks ever made.

Little bit more then 300 though. But im from MB as well.

RF Denonford used or the aforementioned C-90 would also be good.

you could also look for a C-910 (although it would be pretty old). I had one I would have sold you, but it got stolen.

Good luck finding a Denford 8250 for $300. Lately they've been selling for $400-500 US and up. However I've seen the 8240 available for closer to $300.

How about an Eclipse 5425? You can get one for around $300 new with warranty.

If you want good SQ and little bells and whistles. I have a Clarion DRX9255 for sale. Used, but in GREAT condition. Has a matching CD changer with it......nice combo. Check the For sale section. Defro is right because at this price range, there is very little chance of you hearing much of a difference. Anything you buy that has a noticable difference will be much higher in price....even used.
