Hertz HSK won't Tune Right

When I move them down, what will be best way to run power to them. Should I keep them active or run them passive & bi-amped since phase issues won't matter so much with tweeters next to mids?

95 Nissan Pathfinder, narrow and short cabin so A-pillars are twice as close to head as mids and much more direct since mids have to rise up from down below... Definately not ideal for audio
