Im in love with my Alpine CDA-9813 and everyone else that I know that has that deck and its brother the 9815 also loves it. Thats the very same deck the Mike Peckam has used the last 2 years in a row to win at the IASCA world finals and im hoping to do the same.

Have a Sony C910. Nice sounding deck.
Had a Pioneer ODR system(RS-D2,RS-P50,RS-M1 changer). Great setup. Still as good as anything out there.(Except maybe the Sony XES Z-50).

I use a Sony CDX-C90 and have no plans to change it.

I have owned most major brands. Out of those, Eclipse made the best sounding decks to my ears(and eclipse has only been surpassed by my RF 8250....I am in love with this deck, and for the money, it was a steal).

The best deck I've owned is the Eclipse 8443, but Alpine is great if you want a face. I've also owned a Kenwood and Pioneer, they are both decent, but not as good as eclipse/alpine imo.

My Eclipse 8062 is flawless, but I'm now looking at the Clarion DRZ9255 for DSP features (as well as IPOD connectivity) - I only hope its noise can come close to 8v balanced outs. High-end alpine's are decent if you don't get noise problems.
