Hybrid audio technologies...
Hybrid audio technologies, just curious to see how many guys in canada have actually listened to these speakers, I have and I think they are awesome, I will be using them in my new install in my truck, anyone that wants a Demo, I will be coming to some the shows next year...
Some top notch cars going to atlanta for the Iasca finals, so if you are there ask any of the competitors using HAT, if you can have a listen, they are all very nice people and would be more tha happy to Demo there vehicle for you.
Anyhow give them a listen, I think you will like what you hear.

I've heard them. Good stuff for sure. I will be at finals as well and will get a chance to listen to lots of the Hybrid cars. Not sure if Scott Bewilda's car will be there though? I know of a few guys with Hybrid gear that are in my class. I think I'll have my hands full with the HAT crew.

I have heard the L3's before and would like to listen to a full 831 set (perhaps Dave Brooks' truck). Tonally, they are pretty good but what I heard was mostly a very good implementation of a good product. Would like to hear more, for sure.

I have heard them in several installs, I even have a set in my living room that I purchased that have yet to see power ... dont ask why. They are good looking, well made drivers that sound very good when installed properly (like Andy Jones truck). They are well made drivers for the few and are priced accordingly. Quite neutral, good competition for Dynaudio, Scan-Speak, Lotus etc.
They do not look like they will make too much SPL though, and they are not offered with a passive xover. I think they do well and should be considered against any price driver... kind of hard to buy sight unseen though.

They can get quite loud... passive crossovers are in the works, I believe...

From what I hear Daves truck is a very exciting listening experience...
