IASCA champ Honda FIT
Oh, well thanks for the help. I can't wait to get it back and hear it.
That stock BA system was terrible. Next year I plan to add another amp and a set of L3 or L4 woofers. If I do L3s i'll get Jason to build out the A-pillars otherwise I'll stick the L4s in the kicks. Having heard the L3s and tweets in your Honda I think that would be my first choice.

The L4 or L3 will compliment your sound way more.
And if you are going to get Jason put them in the pillars. Start calling around to upholstery shops that can stich/finish them with the same materials in the car. It won't be cheap I can tell you that right away, but it will be fully worth it in the end
The guy we used to use, butchered my apillars and I don't think you would like his conception of quality.

You actually heard the L4 that day. I had the L3 and it didn't suit my car very well.

I figured that it would be a big and expensive job to do those pillars that's another reason I'm holding off for now. Plus I need to mod my exhaust and intake
The L4 may not fit up there. It's a big driver so you may be stuck using the L3. Not that there's anything wrong with it. It may be the better suit to match your L1v1 tweeter.
I actually have a set of L1V2s that were supposed to go in but didn't fit flush. So When I do the buildout I will replace the L1V1s with the V2s.

I had the opportunity to have a look at the build pictures of the fit and it seems like it was built with some genuine integrity and good intentions. I have a question for those that have heard this car, what sounds good about it, please be specific, and i dont mean on a score sheet, there are lots of cars that do well on a score sheet but dont sound good
it sounds how a good car should sound.
everything is upfront, very balanced, no harshness at high volumes. i was most impressed by how centered and focused the soundstage was.
a truly great sounding car in nearly every respect.
not a knock against the system but the fit is a fairly narrow car and it does affect the stage width.
i would LOVE for my car to sound like this one.
