When I was at a shop, some dude had this track, it starts off with a guy whistling dead center on the stage, and ends the same way...Anyone have any idea what this song is?

sorry...lol Umm, its not a song ive ever heard before, and id say more of a jazz/blues genre, not rock or anything like that...sounded maybe like early 90's, but i could be wrong...
