You've got some decent gear in there. But IMO, you have too much stuff. I'd get rid of some and simplify it some. In this case, more is better.

I don't think thats to much gear. But keeping it simple is the way to go. I've got about that much maybe a bit more in the Mini. Now go and have fun with it!

Eliminate some of that gear, streamline the system. Upgrade to a cd player that has a high output voltage (cough Eclipse CD7100 cough) and eliminate the line driver at the same time by doing so. If you like how the Focal's sound and how loud they play, leave well enough alone here. (chances are if you change the cd player you will hear something different yet again). Upgrade to the DD Z2 and pair of DD subs in a dog house and your output levels are going to come alive. If you are going to continue using the Focal side speakers, add a dedicated amp for them and use the crossover built into the Eclipse head unit to drive the system fully active. Another option if you really want to tweak things out is to add the Audio Control DQXS into the mix.

The only thing I would possibly change is the subs, the USAMPS and Memphis are far better choices then DD as far as SQ amps go. Your HU is fine. Maybe looking into some Focal subs if you want to keep the look through out. He does not really have to much gear. Basically a set of comps and kicks up front. I assume your tube amp is running those, a set in the rear on the 150 and the sub amp and subs. I think your on the right track. Welcome and nice setup!
