new system, what should i do
hey guys i have 2004 aveo hatchback, and used you have a JLw0 in sealed box with 0.75 cu/ft powered by a pioneer 2 ch amp giving out 80 watts rms.
the voice coil in the JL broke and i sold the pioneer amp. i jyst loved how it sounded
Geting to the point: i picked up a 150rms 2ch lighting audio amp b2.150.2 (75watts rms x2 at 2 ohms or 150 watts rms at 4 ohms bridged), and 2 kicker comp 10" subs in a kicker ported box. they are wired together to 2ohms so i can only run 1 ch of the amp to em so they are geting 75watts RMS.
they are LOUD, chake the shi t out oif my lil hatchback BUT and its a big but: they put out alot of bass but its not clear and short booms as i like. would it be smart to switch to a sealed box?
