I was a bit bored the other day so I decided to model my AVI FRM-70 on CAD... this led to me designing a little enclosure for it... then this led to me prototyping it. Yup, one thing just led to another.
Pure fun nonesense, but I really do hope it has the potential to sound good... I didn't both referencing the T/S. I just decided to leave a port at the back so I can play with enclosure tuning... sealed/ported/variovent styles... i dunno. We'll see how it goes...
Next step is to bondo and sand the enclosures before I paint. Might make a magnetic grill for it, but still undecided.
Enjoy!

*** Things to point out in case ppl ask ***
- that grey stuff on the black enclosures is a support material used when printing via FRM prototyping... it gets broken off. Just didn't finish it yet when I snapped the photos
- The three little legs are for isolation spikes
- The slot at the back/bottom is for speaker wire
- It appears that the driver basket edges (rounded edges on the mounting plate) were rounded by hand so there is asymmetry. That's why there's gapping along the edges when the speaker is flush mount.
