please with my sound setting, I am lost in tuning my system

ok long story short, i am getting more and more ripped off by stores, who sell me things and can't achieve the sound i want

before I owned the following:

1- sony mexbt5100
2- one amp ( crunch 900.4 )
3- jbl componment speakers
4- JBL subwofer ( JBL GT-X 1250T 12-Inch Subwoofer Tube 1250W - Buy JBL GT-X 1250T 12-Inch Subwoofer Tube 1250W online | Car Accessories India)

and the sound was rubbish

so i went to another store and they pitched the marketing pitch on me and got me to replace my head unit with an alpine 134BT, and added another amplifier ( rockford ). The sound is still awful i hate how the sub sounds it is awful, and I feel very bad, especially I feel I listen to a volcano of annoying sounds, mids are bad treble bad, bass so bad and awful just like if I hear someone punching in my head.

I simply can't find one garage or store who are experts in tuning as in my country so now I am left with my equipment and spend so much money and still the sound is as hell

now since I have 2 amp, sub connected to rockford and the 4 speakers to the crunch amp

the alpine has so many settings i played with them and the sound was bad so then i played with the amp and now everything is a mess

the alpine has ( HPF, LPF, bass, mids, treble, subwoofer phase, and many others )

can someone please tell me how to tune things from scratch

I know that this question has been asked so many time, but i feel I am lost with the 2 amps and this alpine unit

I listen to all different music

I swear to god in the eighties when all these techs were not in my car I used to enjoy listening to music in my ca with a cassette player, now that I listen to flac music I still don't get the pleasure anymore.

Please help me as I am lost especially with all the settings in the head unit and how to match them with my amps

tune each channel seperately. just do the front first, then match the loudness off the sub to the fronts by using the gain on the amp. lastly do the rear, they should be very light
almost like an echo. if u can get that far, then read up on cross overs and how they work
