A good brand name amp that offers the rms output that your speakers are rated for. If you want to blow a lot of money, then look to Audison, Helix, Brax, Focal etc...Will you hear a difference?? That's up to you and your brain. If money is an issue, then I suggest Alpine, RF, MTX, Pioneer, Eclipse etc... If you're broke after getting the K3P's, then look at Alpine, Pioneer, and Kenwood entry level models...quite frankly I can't hear a difference between the entry level and the high end stuff, and I've listened and listened on sound boards, in cars, in my garage, in my living room,...anyway, my .02 dollars.

Running 130watts to a 3way Focal K2P with an Audison amp and they scream. I ran an alpine pdx4.150 and it sounded empty, lacked detail, tinnny to my tastes. Once the Audison was introduced all things were LOUD + CLEAR!!!!! Give your focals the power and amp they respectfully deserve! Also I'm going to be changing my Alpine PDX 1000 soon so I can run an AB class mono amp. I've always found D class to be less of a musical amp!

try: WoofersEtc.com - The Online Car Audio Super Store, The largest selection at the lowest prices! even ebay!

great amps, so you won't have to worry about quality. Will you hear a difference? Hell, forget about it, just enjoy your purchase and don't bother thinking about if it was worth it. You have steller equipment, concentrate on the install and tuning. At least you don't have to wonder if another brand will sound better or not...chances are there are none better sounding that what you have.

I had the same gut feeling after I walked out of the store. I kept remembering everyone saying they are wonderful sounding amp. Now you've bought yourself some killer amps - congrats.

What sub(s) are you running with the second 2.400?

BTW depending on the voltage on your head unit - make sure your gain is set low(start at nil). Don't crank the volume on those K3P's for the first 2 weeks. I personally broke mine in using my Kenwood Sovergn home receiver.

If you can fab up a temp break in box....I used 2 old shoe boxes and ran the speaker full range with music like CHEVELLE - album: Wonder whats next. The recording was done at 96K and has all the elements those speakers need to be broken in properly. Do not use Rap or dance style music. Find music that uses the full range of the spectrum. Do this for 100 hours ( 5 days straight ) and you'll thank me in the end.

You can run them at medium volume in your house just make sure you don't face to face them. This will cancel the drivers out. If you reverse to polarity you can put them face to face.

Good luck!
