What volume (sealed/vented?) does the manufacturer recommend? I know reading the directions is somewhat unmanly but...

The drivers came individually with no instructions. I already had the kick panels from my last install. I wanted to see how they would work with the Seas. If they won't work then I guess I'll put the mids in the doors.

Yea, vent them. THey do require a lot of space but once you have them in a sufficient amount of space, they will rock...your gonna love them believe me. Which set did you get? The silk dome tweets or titanium?
I got the silk dome tweets. Have you heard this set before Brandon? How did you like them compared to some other high-end sets? </font>[/QUOTE]I liked them so much I was about to buy a set...in fact they were in boxes ready to be shipped, then I had to back out because of a finacial situation that popped up out of nowhere.

The mids are VERY nice..really accurate excellent midbass as well...they are a very fast speaker. The silk dome tweets ROCK! One of the nicest tweets I've heard....the set I almost bought had the silk dome's but they were still a proto type tweeter...probably not what you have right now. I heard that set on an active crossover though, so I can't comment on the passives, I've heard they are a real nice crossover though.
