Question on Pioneer P80RS head unit...
I have recently moved to NW configuration from STD on my Head unit, and then got the mic to carry out auto TA and EQ. Currently, my speakers are MBQUART Reference components RVF210 upfront, and one Fosgate 10" sub in the rear (no rear fill, and no mid-basses)
The problem is, after auto TA and EQ, the head unit shows the settings for only the rear speakers and the midranges (using front components as mids), and the fronts are shown muted. And to add to this, I am feeling as if the treble is non-existent now (compared to auto TA and EQ in STD mode for the same speakers).
Can anyone tell me why this could have happened? I like the realistic sound, but I want to make it more detailed and realistic, specially in the higher frequencies. And manually adjusting EQ does not help much (distorts the realism). Initially, MBQUARTS were way too shrill, but this time in NW mode, the treble is all but gone!! what can be done??
