So what if I say that I'm going to install these myself in the stock locations and for now, there is no amp. But that should be something I get soon. But that also means I need to get a new HU as well.

you don't HAVE to get an aftermarket. there are lots of alternative.

JL cleansweep is one of them.
Rockford 3.sixty's work as well i'm pretty sure.

i'm not sure if it is still available, but there was a cleansweep for sale on here a couple of weeks ago.

that would work perfect for what you need.

JL Audio CleanSweep - OEM Interface Car Audio

read up on it, its all explained right there, what it does, what is all means etc.

they are a great option for alot of people.

...the bottom line is you can have high end sound with built in auto eq, strong preouts for your amps etc, all while keeping your dash looking factory clean, and not lose and functionality.

Or look at a Re-Q. It does auto eq balancing and can offer 6 pre-outs with crossovers for less money and easier operation than the Cleansweep.

^ as said above, check out the Re-Q. there are plenty of options, i was just using cleansweep as an example since its fairly well known. as with anything, shop around as much as possible first.
