In that price range I have a Pioneer, Exile and Soundstream 4 channel that would all work for you. Pioneer will be $220 inc tax and shipping, Exile will be $300 inc tax and shipping, Soundstream will be $260.00 inc tax and shipping.

Lots of good reviews about the Rockford Fosgate R150-2 for under $100 if no subwoofer amplification is required. The Rockford Fosgate R300-4 will run front components and a subwoofer for under $200 and gets 10/10 from reviewers.
