Sound Quality Summit - 1/2 mile From Canadian Border
#1
Heya guys:
The Detroit Sound Quality Summit is just around the corner! I have been looking forward to this seminar for quite some time now, as I lived in Michigan for three years, and all of my wife's family is from there (about an hour away in Tecumseh)!
I have booked a board room at the Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown. The hotel is located at 351 Gratiot Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, 48226. The phone number at the venue is 313-967-0900. Their web site is http://www.hiltongardeninn.com/en/gi...tyhocn=DETDHGI
So far, I have just four pre-registered, so it will be a small, informal, and very interactive seminar, which will likely include some "parking lot" time with the attendee vehicles if possible. Naturally, I'd like to have another six or eight attendees to fill the conference room up, so get out there and find a few people to come! I will pay you $50 cash per person you get the sign up and attend.
Here is the schedule for the day:
8:30 AM Meet and greet in the conference room. We might see if the hotel offers some sort of a breakfast.
9:00 AM Seminar begins in the conference room.
11:30 AM Lunch (provided)
12:30 PM Resume seminar
4:00 PM Parking lot time in vehicles??
5:15 PM Wrap-up
Registration is still open at http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/sqs.htm
For the cost of the seminar, you will get free musical software, a Tour T-shirt, a full-color notebook, sound evaluations using a nearfield audio system, the 8-hour seminar, gourmet lunch, and etc.
You can also register at the door. PLEASE let me know you're coming though, so I am sure to bring enough CD's and outline booklets with me.
If I can get 10 people to commit to coming, I can probably get a manufacturer to sponsor the event, and everyone will get a free speaker set. So get out there and the word!
Any questions, give me a call at 770.856.7633.
Thanx, and see you guys next Sunday, June 19th!!!!
Scott
PS: There is a $20 valet parking fee. I am working on trying to get this reduced or eliminated, so please don't let this prohibit you from attending! I am working on it!

Actually, free silver IXOS wire! I am not supposed to say anything, but IXOS, local to the Detroit area, is seriously considering bringing a long silver Gamma geometry RCA length for each and every participant.
