Sound Quality Summit - Northern US/Eastern Canada - 24 April - IMPORTANT REVISION
It is both my honor and pleasure to announce that the Sound Quality Summit is officially coming to Elma, New York (a suburb of Buffalo, about fifteen minutes south of the Canadian border and approximately 1.5 hours south of Toronto)!
The Sound Quality Summit is an interactive and fun seminar focusing on advanced topics in car audio sound quality and installation. I will be hosting and proctoring the Summit in Elma. The event is being hosted by Kustom Workz in Elma, New York. The Kustom Workz web site is: http://www.kwbuffalo.com/ and contact information and a map of their location is located here: http://www.kwbuffalo.com/contact.php
In the past few days, we have been giving much consideration to hosting an event of this magnitude for the northeastern Yankees and Eastern Canadians, and now it’s for real. The seminar will take place on April 24, starting at 8:30 AM with a meet and greet, and promptly at 9:00 with the beginning of the seminar! Many of you expressed a sincere interest in attending at the original thread located here: http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/ubb/...3;t=010470;p=1 Based upon the response of this event, we are seriously considering hosting one in Western Canada later this year!
Registration is now open. Payment can be accepted via PayPal and a variety of other methodologies. Go here to register for the event: http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/sqs.htm
Your registration fees cover the entire eight and a half hour seminar, a full-color handout of the seminar’s topics/slides, a pair of musical and test track CD’s (including the elusive IASCA Setup and Test CD with liner notes), lunch with refreshments, a tour T-shirt, laboratory exercises, and listening evaluations using the musical CD’s handed out. Best of all, to the first ten that register for this event, DLS and DLS America has graciously offered to give a Magnesium Series MS6 component set, for FREE, just for signing up. More details are on the http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/sqs.htm web site. You really can’t lose, as these speakers are valued at $439.00 CDN ($359.00 USD). So, for the cost of the seminar ($305.00 CDN or $250.00 USD), you’ll get all of the things listed above, come away with a ton of useful knowledge, and walk away with a $439.00 CDN set of speakers, absolutely free, just for registering within the top-10 registrants.
I also wanted to point out that there’s a referral program in effect. For every person you refer, you’ll get a $50 credit off your own registration fees. Refer five people, and go for free!
This is going to be an awesome event. Go here for photos of the last event in England, just two and a half weeks ago: http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/Rickma...land%20SQS.htm As you can see, there was a great amount of enthusiasm from everyone in attendance, from the beginner to seasoned veteran!
Please register soon, and refer your friends, co-workers, fellow competitors, and etc.!! Kuston Workz and Buwalda Hybrids is behind this event 110% and will ensure an enormously successful seminar with the discussion of topical and challenging topics in car audio sound quality.
Thank you.

Getting here is easy.
QEW to the Peace Bridge (USA!), becomes the I-190 South.
The I-190 South ends at the I-90... 5 minutes.
...hang right so you end up on the I-90 South.
Very next exit is the Rt. 400 entrance.
Only one entrance, Rt. 400 begins here - heads South.
Another 5 minute drive, you reach the Transit Drive exits.
Second exit heads East on Transit.
As soon as you exit - there's a stoplight hidden behind that overpass!
It's a short drive past that stoplight... we're the very next stoplight - turn right - there we are.
...Or, if you prefer, take the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls... to the Grand Island bridges (via Robert Moses pkwy)... past Grand Island you end up on the I-190...
...in fact, driving right under the Peace Bridge.
Might be less traffic that way - although I don't imagine Sunday morning will be terribly busy for any bridge (I really shouldn't say that, I'm sure! )

Thank you John Vroom and Drew Doyle for your payments! (psst, Drew, what's your username?)
Plenty of spots left, but will go VERY fast with the freebie DLS Magnesium MS6 speakers to the first ten that sign up!
Regards,
Scott
PS: Thanx mods for locking the old thread! I was hoping future discussions would go here!

PMs sent to those that expressed definite attendence interest in the other thread. Registration is open and spots could conceivably fill up VERY fast with the help of KanKar Marketing and their support and promotion to all of their dealers.
I had Moe on the phone briefly last night, but had a terrible connection and lost him. I have called, sent a PM, and an e-mail hoping that he might get involved as well... It might be prudent to register early if you want one of the free MS6 component sets, because as I see it, things could be pretty crazy with registrations streaming in...
