I am looking for a new deck for a new setup. I am intertested in better sound. What are the most inportant characteristics to look for... good DA converters, high signal to noise, low impedance high voltage outputs. I know those 3 are important what else should i be looking for ?

You may find an RF 8250 on ebay or the forums. It is an excellent sounding deck and should not be that expensive.
