Sub and front door speakers shorting in and out, HELP!

I'm new here but need help I can't figure this out on my own this time.

So I just installed a Kenwood DNX 7100 install went good and it worked fine last might in my driveway. Well been driving around today messing with the several different equalizers this head unit has. I have the sound really clean and clear. However now that I have got it where I like it the front two door speakers 6.5 infinity kappa, speakers (not amped) and my 1 12" MTX sub (amped with mono JBL amp) seem to cut in and out at the same time then come back on then go out again, I have pulled it out of the dash twice and made sure nothing is grounding and all the wires are hooked up good.

Please help me

P. S. The amp subs and all the infinity door speakers have been installed on a different head unit for about 6 months with never having a issue, there is also a bluetooth module, and a ipod cord hooked up, blue tooth works fine.
