SVR, who going?

Anyone here going to SVR in May? I plan on going. This show is huge, lots of people and prizes. And it's not that far from CANADA.

I'm in Ama Street in IASCA.

Chester West Virginia (actually north of Pittsburgh). I will be there doing my MECA thing.
The folks from most parts of Ontario have a shorter drive than I do from eastern Virginia

I've been the last 3 years.
Great show, awesome hotel, lots to do.
On the way home we stop in Grove City and do some shopping.
All in all a great weekend.

And the drive for the most part is great.
I too am thinking of going, if funds allow.
I'm also planning on heading to Chicago the first week in June for the SE-R convention.

You may want to check the map going to CHESTER West Virginia rather than W Chester St. in NORFOLK VA.

Mapquest says... 6hrs 17mins from Barrie to Chester WV.

Tranning might happen in April. Contact Jason Gay to find out more.

SVR is a TKE event. There is also SQC, MECA and the top 30 showdown.

Dave, if your going give me a buzz. The more people we can convoy with the better. Might make the hotel cheaper too.

SVR is possibly the nicest most laid-back event of the year and certainly a refreshing deviation for a 3X. The leaves will be out, the grass green, the horse races in full swing. A nice indoor show for the SQ crowd and temperate weather for the SPL crowd. The resort is top notch and the slot machines are fun too. WV has fully nude dancers if your a fan of that sort of thing. Low cost lodging is available too (Amerisuites, Super 8, etc.)

Larry who puts on the show does a great job. If your new this is a great first premier event.

IASCA (SQ,iDBL, EBB) 3x, MECA (SQL, SPL) 3X, dB Drag 3X looks like no USACi this year, and I am pretty sure SLAP is no longer viable
