want 200-250wrms x2 amp advice

Does anyone know of an amp in this power range (at 4 ohms) that is not crap and is reasonably priced. Clean is a must! gonna run a set of components off it.

You really don't need to run that kind of power.
But if you insist Sundown Audio has an SAX- 200.4

It's really easy to get that power or more when bridging a 4 channel. That's what I would do (and do do). Usually save on footprint as well.

If it was me I would spend some $ and get a oldschool Zapco Studio 500. Clean, clean, clean and pleny of power.

And risk higher distortion and increased heat dissipation ? I would go for sound quality, not power at a lower impedance.
