Pink Floyd - Have a Cigar, Welcome to the Machine, Time. High quality recordings and lots of quiet synthesizer sounds to appreciate hearing with SQ speakers. The "OOOO" and "AHHHHH" female sings are high pitched, and they have low bass.

Never thought about it, but BT's newer single "Rose of Jericho" is pretty dynamic.
Still say "canned heat" will turn the heads of anyone in the passenger seat. I agree with an above poster on Dave Matthews Band Songs.. I personally use Ants Marching because it's very "bright."
Another favorite of mine if Goldfrapp's A+E for a saturated flood of sound
Here's the top 3 songs sound engineers use to "ring out their rigs on concert rigs."
-Fields of Gold Sting
-Desert Rose Sting
-A song by Angelique Kidjo, Possibly Adouma
I dont make this up.. and remember this is not to show off the rig, but to help get the rig to sound vocal.
I've heard all of these songs on soundcheck's from Nelly Furtado's engineer, to Avenged Sevenfold's, from The Rolling Stone's to Dave Matthews.
