2003 Trailblaser aftermarket unit help

Hi guys can anyone help me here I have a trailblaser 2003 and when I install the headunit and I am using a harness PAC-C2R-GM24 to connect the headunit to the truck so I don't have to splice the wire but I get no sound. I hooked up the head unit to a set of speakers and I get sound from them, I then installed my factory stereo back in and it has sound but when I install it using the harness I have no sound Can anyone tell me whats going on.

Chances are that you havent hooked up the remote turn on wire from your aftermarket deck into the factory GM remote turn on for the factory amp. Double check your harness connections. There should be one for amp turn on or remote turn on. Connect that to your blue/white wire from your deck. Then you should get sound.
