Unhappy

got a 92 gm single cab pickup in the shop, and we're trying to replace the back 4x6's...however the bolts at the base of the back pillar are seized bad...we've done everything from using a screwdriver up to an impact gun and a torch, they've also been soaking in lubricant for hours...already broke an extension and a bit (love that lifetime CT warranty)...any ideas on how to get either the bolts out or another way to get that pillar off?
thanks

Could always drill the center of the bolts out and use a reverse tap.

do u mean the torx head bolts that hold the seat belt retractors to the floor? which side are u heating up. i garanty that if you get them cherry red there is not a chance that those bolts will not come out i have had the same problem at least three or four times. hate those darn bolts. lol
oh ya and the side that u want to heat up is from the bottom side of the cab witch is probably what u are already doing.

You can just tear out the old speakers cone and surround and jam in a replacement like this guy did.
