Have a 98 Ram I've heard a 6X9 will fit in the front doors and 5.25's in the rear doors. Just trying to decide to go with 6X9' or 6.5's. Any help would be apreciated.

6"x9" in the front & 5-1/4" in the rear is correct from what I remember.

Are you planning to add a subwoofer at any time? If so, you could probably get some better sound from some 6-1/2" components up front & rely on the subwoofer for bass. If not, then you might want to go ahead with the 6"x9" as they will give you more output than 6-1/2" but aldo take a look at amplifiying them (if you haven't already).
