amp fuse location

amp fuse location
i was wondering if a have to put my fuse in the engin bay or if i can get away with putting it up to the amp and attaching it to my sub box or is that too far from the power source thanks

You should have one under the hood which is 12-18in from the battery

yup wayyy too far away from the battery.

IASCA rule is within 18".

just think about it
if the coating rubs threw on the car somewhere
whats the fuse in the trunk going to do?

if the coating rubs threw on the car somewhere
whats the fuse in the trunk going to do?
Keep the 5 inches of wire from the holder to the amp from catchin on fire of course lol..............
