EDIT: you have to agree though that a company would be more inclined to go the extra mile, if their service, and product was in question on a forum that they deal off of.

u dont need to doubt smartass ... ive delt with Steve... he is by far the best out there! I had a broken endcap on my T3-500 and told him and right away he sent a new one out no questions asked.

Well I appriciate it very much guys. And I totally understand what sq is saying when your at the for front of your customer base to be judged. However I treat all my customers like this. I will go the extra mile always. I was brought up this way in life. Never bite the hands that feed you. And I treat people as I would like to be treated. Thats all. But thanks and BTW your replacement is on the way as of this morning. :0)

My Up was not for Matt is was for SQ Civic and His Thread crapping

Matt was the Guy that told me to use Smartass.

When I post a Question about My system Problems, It shouldn't Ever reflect on where i bought it. I will deal with that myself. The question was to offer suggestions on fixing the issue. The Dealer should not be in Question here Hes Gone way above the line And Everyone should be able to see that.

So if you offer your thoughts in this Thread, Please let it Be towards the Issue at hand Not the Dealer.

Well I am sorry that members here, myself included happened to post something not 100% directly related to your exact question. Next time please include in your threads what opinions, advice or questions are allowed so that any member inclined to add something knows ahead of time, as not to disturb you while you are waiting for someone else to find you an answer.
