Amplifier Fit

Hey
First thread, not that hard.
Been tryin to put together a system, havin little trouble. Learning more everyday but...
I have a 99 protege nothing changed yet. This stuffs in boxes.
Head Unit - Pioneer DEH-P6500
Front - RF P152S components- 60 rms
Rear deck - Alpine SPS-69C2 - 50rms
Subs - Two Infinity 1230s -each 300 rms
Amp 1 - RF - P4004 sheet says 93 rms/channel at 4 ohms?
Amp 2 - Alpine?
4awg wiring kit
cap-

From what I know I would like to match the rms wattages perfectly. I am hoping that the p4004 will not be too much for the four speakers. I was looking at an Alpine MRP -M850 maybe M650 for the two subs. The guy at the shop told me the amp could be turned down and would be easier on it.
Any thoughts on how the amps and speakers match would be appreciated.

I am also concerned about the electrical system. Not sure on the alternator. \
No power just AC in the car. Maybe the big three( when I mentioned that he just mentioned the thickness of the amp kit). He also recommened a 1.5 farad cap. It was the installer not the salesperson but I don't know. Will the quick bursts of power help or is an new alternator nessecary. Hope not.
If anyone knows anything else I should be concerned about.
It's been a while and I just want some music. He He.
Thanks Guys
Hope to be able to help in the future.

do the big three first, cheapest upgrade, then get a better battery, then a alternator then maybe a cap, but your system isn't huge so the "big 3" should be enough

Thanks, yeah I just gotta get them in I guess and I can upgrade as I go.
Do you think the P4004 -(50rms per channel on box and 93rms/channel on sheet), and the Alpine MRP-M850 (500rms * 1 @ 4oms and 800 @ 2ohms) will hurt the speakers. (overpower or square signals)?

heck no, not like your putting 4x the rated power to the speakers, just keep the gain and other settings turned to their lowest setting and adjust from there with the head unit turned up to 80% volume, then when you hear distortion back off a bit, use a cd created for tuning a audio system

It's good to have your amp rms slightly higher than your speaker rms. That way you won't be hitting amp distortion when your speakers are played to full power. This also means you need to be careful with the volume control, especially when showing off to your freinds. You show them how loud it will go and you can kill speakers.
If you have 2, 4 ohm subs rated 300rms each, in proper boxes, you need an amp that will do somewhere between 650-800 rms at 2 ohm..

Thanks, I feel better hearing it here as well.
Just got to buy the Alpine MRP-M850 for the subs and I'll get it installed.
The shop told me $600, ebay its like $320 plus shipping but I'm hesitant. I'm looking for other online sellers (preferably in Canada).
I'll post the final outcome.
Thanks again
