Anyone work with on-star?
A customer has a 01 escalade. I installed a panasonic in dash screen. Instead of using a peripheral adaptor, I want to convert the On-star audio signal to RCA and run it to the aux in.
The cady has the GM old school adaptor on the HU. Im thinking the On-star audio wires are blue/blue-blk...and browns..
Someone impress me

I looked up the instructions on the PAC interface. The brown is supposed to mute the radio while onstar is on, you could use that to trigger your aux input, it's called INT (interupt) on my alpine. The instructions don't say what the audio is from onstar, but you'd think that would be traceable. You'll probably need a LOC to change it to RCA'a and adjust the levels.
